Rebecca L Holowka

M.S., CCC-A, Lic. #02-0000137

Rebecca Holowka has been practicing audiology for over 30 years, working in a variety of both adult and pediatric settings. After completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences at Radford University in 1990, she earned her master’s degree in Audiology from Gallaudet University in 1992. Originally from Maryland, Rebecca also lived in Florida before moving to Delaware in 1999.

After working primarily with children for 10 years, Rebecca changed her focus to working also with adults. She feels her role within hearing healthcare is not only to help people hear better, but to focus on improving communication as a whole by considering the social and emotional effects of hearing loss, including the ways by which it affects our relationships with others.
