Carol Robar
Carol Robar is our Shrewsbury, MA recipient for the Campaign for Better Hearing Give Back Program. Carol has been a customer of HearingLife since November 2012.
At the time, Carol had purchased Agil RITE hearing aids; but since then, she has developed more health problems that required her attention. She often has trouble affording the insulin for her diabetes and, most recently, has needed numerous expensive home repairs. Before retiring, Carol owned an antique center for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling pre-Covid, as well as cooking and antiquing. When asked to describe herself, her husband jumped in and said, “TOUGH!”
After hearing her story, we decided to gift Carol with brand-new hearing aids. Carol says she is most excited to be able to hear her husband again, which she says is the most important thing.
